So, it happened.  I have always expected someone else would realize a universal truth I knew all along--I am very cool.  I kinda hoped that it wouldn't take 33 years...eh, oh well--it still happened.  Graco, like a white knight, swooped down out of nowhere and offered me a spot in a new campaign of theirs.  The trip was a Monday through Wednesday commitment and it was short notice so I had to make sure I was free to take on this amazing opportunity.  Paging through my calendar, I noticed somewhat of a pattern.  I have nothing going on--ever.  However

Back when our eldest was the ripe old age of two years, we - being first-time parents - decided that since she was developing so quickly, it must be time to potty train. No, she didn't show any signs of wanting to actually use the potty, but that was irrelevant. Being first-time parents, we knew everything. It was time for the kid to step up to the porcelain waste repository.

I got a really cool mention in the online version of the LA Times. Somehow Tami Dennis found my blog and wrote a really cool snippet referring to my blog. Of course I couldn't be happier. Awesome.

Tiger Woods, I am convinced, is either one of three things A) an alien from outer space, B) the Devil, or C) the single most talented athlete the world has ever seen.  It is stupid how this guy rolls.  Did anyone see the third round coverage of the US Open?  Tiger was obviously laboring through the round as he continues to recover from a recent knee surgery and somehow this guy turns in a miraculous birdie on 17 and a stupid/crazy/amazing eagle on 18.  If you don't know anything about golf...trust me, this guy is on another planet.  He has the 54 hole lead at the Open and he clearly playing on one good leg.  Check the video if you don't believe me.

Has anyone noticed the new ad campaign McDonald’s has been running?  You know the one on all the billboards and commercials?  I’m talking about the Southern- Style Chicken campaign. McDonald’s has just gone nationwide with two new products: The Southern-Style Chicken Sandwich, and the Southern-Style Chicken Biscuit.
