I Hate Apple Festivals

I am a family man.  Because I am a 'family man' I will go to and do just about anything that seems worthwhile and is family oriented--once (key, I am a family man not an idiot).  This past weekend was a perfect example of this.  My wife was super excited about an Apple Festival going on in a town up the road from ours.  The town is in the country in a very rural, agrarian society where every basketball court is over grown with weeds and their basketball nets are absolutely immaculate (a metaphor).  Everyone has a pick-up truck and a really old pick-up truck and the most important time of year is the Apple Festival.  I didn't want to go and my wife could tell
