Movie Reviews

Fandango So, if you are like me, you are always on the look out for a cool movie to see with the kids.  Mind you, I'm not talking about a movie just for the kids or a movie that you drag your kids to in hopes that they will get something out of it, I am talking about a movie that looks cool and both you and kids agree it would be awesome to see together. Inkheart looks to be just one of those types of movies.

I am talking about a movie that looks cool and both you and your kids agree it would be awesome to see together.

Well, as many of you know I have three daughters and you may have also gathered from some of my past movie reviews that I have strong opinions about movies (here and here).  I definitely would have to say when I saw the initial commercials for Inkheart I had mixed feelings.  I wasn't overly impressed, but after checking out some trailers online I could see that the movie has the makings of a great family flick. Here is one to check out:

What is the movie about?  Here is a quick synopsis I took from imdb(internet movie database) that sums it up nicely: A young girl discovers her father has an amazing talent to bring characters out of their books and must try to stop a freed villain from destroying them all, with the help of her father, her aunt, and a storybook's hero.

Because of my overwhelming awesomeness, I have took sometime and collected images of the movie for you to check out:

I know, right?  Looks pretty cool.  The movie, to add to its street credit, is based on the best selling book by Cornelia Funke entitled (you guessed it) "Inkheart."  So, as a dad taking out your daughter, you can be all like, "I came because it was a best seller and I am into literature."  People will totally respect that.

But, sometimes we need all the help we can get. We believe the lies planted in our minds, and stay enslaved. This book is very helpful to confused and scared smokers. It tells you the truth! This could be the book that God uses to get you free from nicotine addiction. That’s what He did for me.
