Ok, wow, I somehow have the best luck ever. First, I married this awesome lady named my wife. Then, we had the three best daughters imaginable. Finally, Kathleen Deveny of Newsweek noticed my humble bloggings and found one to worthy of mentioning in Newsweek. Ok, perhaps being in Newsweek isn't on the same level as my awesome family, but it underscores the point that I am living a life that is both blessed and super fortuitous. Kathy, we are buds so I call her Kathy, contacted me about my article on "Throwing Away Your Children's Artwork" because she found it to be so groundbreaking and a must have for her article on the same topic. I, of course, did what any self-respecting blogger does when they are contacted by a huge media outlet like Newsweek--I gave myself a super hard high-five and ran around the house like Kevin McCallister in Home Alone when he made his family disappear. All that self-congratulating can get old and after three long days of it I was getting really tired and I had to use the bathroom--bad. Anyways, it just goes to show what hard work, a warped sense of humor and incredible luck can do for a guy. My next project is of course a book about the experience, or a TV docu-drama or maybe just a book about parenting issues like I write about at my site. Would you read a Joeprah book? I know I would.

Hey Joe, as long as you are going below the panty line of your Blog, what can of Stats you get? My unique visitors per month is now in the thousands per month and that freaks me out!
How can so many people care/read about my ho hum life? But you man, are a different story! Love the video. Just make sure when you video when driving, you do it safe! My 5YO the other day asked his mom why she talks on the phone when driving because it's unsafe. She had a life reality check and flipped out! BTW, I'm safe, I Bluetooth it IF I really need to make an all important call to fix the world's issues.
